"Meadows is the name of my residence for one year and nine months. Recalling what the investigating was to see what it would be like to live here, was done reluctantly. It was a surprised feeling to witness some people I had admired for several years, since we moved to St. George, September 4, 1961. It became pleasing to accept the thought: 'It might not be such a bad place to live after all.'

We have our own home and enjoy visiting with the men and women who have similar needs, namely food and company. We come here to live happily together and this happens because it is contagious and very spontaneous.

There is always something to look forward to doing. Weekly we have a gathering to share each other's lives. Music of all varieties is paramount. It encourages motion, and smiles comes so easy.

Several activities are scheduled and printed in the Messenger each month. The management excels with consideration for the welfare of everyone under our extensive roof."
