Q: Can I bring my car?
A: Certainly! We have ample parking for residents.
Q: Do you have 24-hour response?
A: Yes. We staff our building 24 hours a day. Our caregiver team is onsite day and night to best meet your needs. You can feel secure that our management staff is also on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Q: What if I'm ill or have an emergency need?
A: We equip each Assisted Living apartment with an emergency call system that alerts help immediately so you get the quick response you need.
Q: Can I put a deposit down to hold a room?
A: Yes. If you would like us to reserve a room for you we will gladly except a deposit for $350.00 which we hold and do not cash until you move in. On the day you move in this deposit will go to a 1 time cleaning and administrative fee. If at any time you change your mind, we will gladly return your check.
Q: Can I pay to have my laundry done?
A: Yes. Our staff will do your laundry for $10.00 a load.
Q: Do you have washers and dryers available for resident use?
A: Yes, we have washers and dryers available on both the 1st and 2nd floor free of charge.
Q: Can I hang pictures on the wall in my room?
A: Absolutely, this is your home.
